We’ve got some trouble with ClassPlus after we updated it recently. Whenever I click the ‘Screen’ tab under ‘Lab Management-My Lab’, the DEPCO ClassPlus program stops working. If I see the windows task after that, ClassPlus’ status is ‘Not Responding’. I tested this many times, and it shows me same error. However, if I click just one module on the My Lab-Screen tab, it shows the module’s screen without problem. When I try to see all of the modules’ screens, ClassPlus stop working.
Try deleting the Lab Management configs under current user, and add the computers again.
