Within ClassPLUS click on Tools > Explore > Current Users Data Path. This will open up another window. Move the window out of the way for the time being. Close ClassPLUS. Now go back to the window that opened. In there you will find the XML files. Delete InstallationEngineConfiguration.xml and LocalUserConfiguration.xml and close the window. Now restart ClassPLUS.
