One of my MediaPLUS modules displays two errors that seem to be related. The first has something to do with Microsoft. NET Framework and the second is something to do with Write Accessdenied- Unable to write file. I took a screen shot of the errors and can send that if you need more information.
The district does not allow anyone administrative permission to the computers so I'll need written instructions for my tech to come in a fix it. Thanks.

More than likely this is a permissions problem. All users will need full rights to the following directories:

C:\Program Files\DEPCO
C:\Program Files\DEPCO, Inc
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DEPCO
C:\Documents and Settings\<current user>\Local Settings\Application Data\DEPCO

If the .net error continues to occur, uninstal all versions of the .net framework and reinstall version 1.1.
