In DEPCO’s Digital Manufacturing curriculum, students are totally engaged in learning CNC programming codes, such as G and M code, and are introduced to logo graphics through use of interactive animations, videos, and narrations. Students also create and import vector graphics. They see close-up how professionals, from start to finish, create a real prototype project using the RoboBoard and foam. Digital Manufacturing requires students to analyze problems and develop solutions. This is a great pre-engineering module that is appropriate for both middle and high school students.
