Understanding database technology is a vital part of our information rich world. In this curriculum, students will learn the basic components of a database, design and normalization techniques, and be introduced to Structured Query Language (SQL). The student will design and implement a database, and will create forms, reports, and queries. Students will also learn to secure a database and learn about indexes.
