Manufacturing jobs often call for sophisticated knowledge about setting up and operating computer-controlled equipment. In the CNC Mill Level 2 curriculum, students will continue to build upon the knowledge gained in the CNC Mill module. After a review of the CNC process, students will use the mill to machine complex parts of their own design, using Cartesian coordinates. They will also learn about code translation and writing, and how to de-bug original NC programs.
