I get a window pop up when assistant tries to start up “BootSrap Failed for Assistant.exe”. and if fails to start. Tried the latest upgrade and ran the repair utilility from the CD with no success. Got any suggestions?

Go to C:\program files\Depco, and delete the Assistant V2 folder. Then run the Assistant install from the ClassPLUS CD
