the buyer. All shipping costs are estimates until the time your order ships and
delivers. Any additional costs associated with your shipment may be billed
after the fact, including but not limited to residential charges if you do not
properly identify your address as residential. Damaged freight and delivery
shortages Merchandise that is damaged in transit or has delivery shortages must
be noted on the freight bill and a claim established with the freight company
at time of delivery.
If the items you are ordering show ‘In Stock’, they should be able to ship within 3
days of you receiving your order confirmation. If the item shows ‘Out of Stock’
you may still order it, but it may either be drop shipped from the manufacturer
or it will be back ordered which may mean that it will ship at a different,
undetermined time and thus incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping costs for orders from DEPCO depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you live in an area experiencing snowstorms or other extreme weather, weather
delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your
order. This is out of DEPCO and or the shipping companies control and will not
be eligible for a shipping refund.
General Returns Policy
Unopened items purchased from DEPCO may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are
subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original
packaging. DEPCO will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result
of our error. Just call us toll-free at 800-767-1062, and we will guide you
through the process and even supply you with an emailed return-shipping label
you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to
process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it
takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Items that are Not Returnable
DEPCO does not accept returns of the following items:
- Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Any product missing the original packaging.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any opened laptop or desktop computer. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape
that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the
item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement
will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to
receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return

How will my refund be issued?
In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the
purchase. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10

you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be
reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not
the per-shipment fee.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original
shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the
refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or
discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as
these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

The return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid only for
returns shipped within the U.S.
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error,
