Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Pricing Information

While DEPCO strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. DEPCO cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, DEPCO shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, DEPCO may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Invoicing

Orders will be invoiced as completed products are delivered, not as a whole on completion of the entire order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Copyrights and Trademarks

Unless otherwise noted, all Contents on this Site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by DEPCO, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to DEPCO and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Contents on this Site is the exclusive property of DECPO and is also protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

DEPCO and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials that appear on this Site. Access to this Site does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of DEPCO's or any third party's intellectual property rights.

The DEPCO names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of DEPCO. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.

References on this Site to any names, marks, products or services of third parties or hypertext links to third party sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you and do not in any way constitute or imply DEPCO's endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party, information, product or service. DEPCO is not responsible for the content of any third party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. User Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to DEPCO on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain DEPCO's property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to DEPCO of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments.

Thus, DEPCO will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. DEPCO will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Termination

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or DEPCO. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. DEPCO also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in DEPCO's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or DEPCO, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. DEPCO's right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY DEPCO ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DEPCO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. General

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. Headings used in these Terms of Use are for reference purposes only and in no way define or limit the scope of the section. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of DEPCO to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit DEPCO's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Kansas law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Kansas and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs associated with your order are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer. All shipping costs are estimates until the time your order ships and delivers. Any additional costs associated with your shipment may be billed after the fact, including but not limited to residential charges if you do not properly identify your address as residential. Damaged freight and delivery shortages Merchandise that is damaged in transit or has delivery shortages must be noted on the freight bill and a claim established with the freight company at time of delivery.

Delivery Time

If the items you are ordering show ‘In Stock’, they should be able to ship within 3 days of you receiving your order confirmation. If the item shows ‘Out of Stock’ you may still order it, but it may either be drop shipped from the manufacturer or it will be back ordered which may mean that it will ship at a different, undetermined time and thus incur additional shipping charges.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from DEPCO depend upon the method and option you choose.

Weather Delays

If you live in an area experiencing snowstorms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order. This is out of DEPCO and or the shipping companies control and will not be eligible for a shipping refund.

General Returns Policy

Unopened items purchased from DEPCO may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. DEPCO will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just call us toll-free at 800-767-1062, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with an emailed return-shipping label you can print out.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that are Not Returnable

DEPCO does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Any product missing the original packaging.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any opened laptop or desktop computer. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by DEPCO. If you need to return an item please call 800-767-1062.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How will my refund be issued?

In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.

How are refunds calculated?

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

If you printed a postage-paid return-shipping label sent by Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.

If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days prior to the request for refund will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, please call 800-767-1062 or email us.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or you would like to exchange an item for a different one please call 800-767-1062 or email us. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Having your order documentation at the time of the call or when sending an email is helpful. Providing as much detail about the order at the time of the inquiry is very helpful in allowing us to more efficiently serve you.

Using our Return Mailing Label

The return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
