Web Page Design

The invention of the Internet fundamentally changed how the world gathers information and does business. With a few clicks of a mouse, any company in the world that has a Web page is accessible, thereby eliminating distances that once hampered business transactions. The Internet has made this world into a global economy for essentially all businesses, especially those companies with Web pages. Students develop a graphical ''eye'', which is a critical aspect of design, and learn the fundamentals of good design including layout and design, the most important step in creating a Web page. They also apply the skills of color schemes, graphical placement, scale, fonts and styles, and sizes in relation to building a Web page.
