Interpersonal Relationships

Relationships are a part of everyday life, and where there are relationships, there are conflicts. Working through conflicts requires effective communication practices, cooperative skills, and respect for self and others. Interpersonal skills are helpful to people in all walks of life, including social, business, and personal. In this module, students learn about relationships, qualities of a good relationship, and effective strategies for avoiding and resolving conflicts. They also learn why proper manners and etiquette are important to everyday living.
